Job summary

Mayatax Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to design, execute, and continually optimize training programs across the organization, including LMS administration, TNA, and content development for US-based clients.

You will partner with department managers and SMEs to translate workflows into engaging LMS modules, track learning metrics with dashboards, ensure compliance training, and drive learning initiatives to completion while working permanent onsite night shifts to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BIS, or related field.
• 1–2 years as Training Coordinator, LMS Administrator, or L&D Specialist in BPO/FS.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations and SLAs.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience (Moodle, TalentLMS, Canvas, Absorb).
• Experience conducting TNA and designing skill gap assessments.
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Familiarity with US accounting/tax tools (Canopy, ProConnect, Xero, Gusto).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-department coordination.
• Ability to drive training projects to completion; fast-paced environment.
• Must be fully comfortable with permanent onsite night shifts to align with US schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis across departments to identify skill gaps.
• Manage and administer LMS including course upload and user provisioning.
• Track learning progress and analyze LMS data for dashboards.
• Translate financial workflows into LMS modules with SME input.
• Monitor regulatory changes to keep content up to date.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess ROI of training initiatives.
• Oversee mandatory compliance and governance training.
