Job summary

Tkxel is seeking an L&D Specialist to manage and scale internal learning initiatives. You will oversee Upskill sessions, Tech Camps, ELT, and annual training planning, coordinating across functions and tracking analytics for leadership reviews.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in L&D or HR within IT/software settings, strong communication, and experience with LMS data management and CEFR language programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in L&D, managing back-end work and conducting training sessions, or HR.
• Experience with CEFR knowledge and structured language programs.
• Hands-on LMS administration, data tracking and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Friday Upskill Sessions, align weekly with C-level leadership, coordinate cross-team logistics, and maintain attendance analytics.
• Lead Tech Camps with SMEs, record data and update analytics for senior management reviews.
• Administer English Language Training (ELT), manage CEFR testing, track progression and attendance.
• Assess and deliver request-based training, design soft-skills sessions, and manage the central library.
• Develop the Annual Training Calendar and conduct Training Needs Analysis aligned with business priorities.
