Job summary

The Value Engineering is hiring a Trainee Customer Success Associate to support onboarding, resolve customer concerns, and foster long-term relationships from our Rawalpindi office. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management are welcome.

Strong English communication and problem-solving are essential, with CRM and MS Office familiarity a plus. The role is onsite, night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM), with a salary range of PKR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level or above).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage.

The Value Engineering is looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trainee Customer Success Associates. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an interest in building long-term customer relationships.

The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assist with onboarding, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Assist new customers with onboarding and getting started with our services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Manage customer issues and escalations while coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Take ownership of customer concerns until they are resolved.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and accurate records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with customers through written and verbal channels.

Experience

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relations, or Account Management are preferred.
