Job summary

The Value Engineering Pakistan is seeking a Trainee Customer Success Associate in Rawalpindi to support onboarding, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is a full-time onsite role with a night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply; strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential for building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level or above).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Good judgment, common sense, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to commit to a long-term opportunity.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Assist new customers with onboarding and getting started with our services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Manage customer issues and escalations while coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Take ownership of customer concerns until they are resolved.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and accurate records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
