Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or similar roles.
• B2+ English proficiency; C1 preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong ownership and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and day-to-day communication.
• Support onboarding and service adoption.
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Take ownership of issues from identification to resolution.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain CRM records.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.
