Job summary

BoolMind in Lahore is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with around 2 years of experience to join our onsite team in Johar Town, Lahore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and coordinate interviews with development teams.

The role requires hands-on HR operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines. Knowledge of MERN/MEAN, AI/ML, Data Science is a plus.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations (onboarding, attendance, leave management).
• Familiar with MERN/MEAN, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science IT roles.
• Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search and job portals.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Handle HR operational tasks including onboarding, attendance and leaves.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely follow-ups.
