Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as Technical Recruiter / TA Specialist.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and interview panels.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide updates on salary benchmarks and hiring best practices.
• Support employer branding to position Mindbridge as a tech employer.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify technical hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and social media portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and interview panels with internal teams.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position Mindbridge as an employer of choice in the tech space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Familiarity with technical roles such as developers, network engineers, IT support, and system administrators.
• Strong understanding of technical jargon, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
