Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Experience with multiple interview formats (phone, Skype, structured).
• Ability to understand and explain technical role requirements.
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates on niche platforms and networks.
• Screen resumes and perform pre-screening calls.
• Conduct interviews using structured methods and assessments.
• Coordinate with IT leaders to forecast hiring needs and timelines.
• Draft personalized recruitment emails and promote employer branding.
