Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role in Karachi. The candidate will source, screen, and coordinate with clients and candidates across IT roles, ensuring smooth delivery and high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of IT recruitment experience, a relevant degree (BBA/MBA/BS), strong communication skills, and hands-on ATS usage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Must possess BBA/MBA/BS in Business Management, HR or related domain.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-ups.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support and grow relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
