Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end talent acquisition with a strong focus on sales, commercial, and executive roles across the organization.

Based in Karachi, the role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, hands-on usage of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms, and a proven ability to partner with department heads to map staffing needs and deliver timely shortlists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience.
• Experience in sales and management hiring preferred.
• Industry preference: Medical Devices/Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: manage sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for regional sales and senior management roles.
• Build pipelines using referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and agency networks.
• Collaborate with HODs to map manpower requirements and present shortlists.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS reports to optimize TA operations.
