• Present advertising and hiring solutions to clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Communicate value of digital recruitment services; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects among businesses and recruitment decision-makers.
• Present advertising, employer-branding, and hiring solutions according to client needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, forecasts, and follow-up schedules.
• Build long-term relationships with employers and encourage renewals and expanded usage.
• Meet agreed revenue and activity targets while sharing market feedback with internal teams.
• Communicate the value of digital recruitment services, work independently, and contribute to a platform used by jobseekers and employers across Pakistan.
