Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing staffing requirements and generate estimates.
• Build talent acquisition tactics and hiring plans.
• Supervise employment branding programs.
• Conduct sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Design and perform recruitment and selection procedures like interviews and screening calls.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employee holding and development effectively.
• Lead recruiting personnel efficiently.
• Organize assessment centers, career fairs, or related events.
• Use metrics to report on recruitment performance and identify improvements.
