The role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG/Beverages industry, its talent landscape, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs across all functions and levels.
• Partner with business and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver proactive talent pipelines.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle from job requisition and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Manage employer branding initiatives and enhance the organizations visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and educational institutions.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and employment laws.
• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and talent movements within the FMCG/Beverages sector.
