Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Technical Relationship Manager to lead strategic account initiatives for Capital IQ solutions. You will serve as the single point of contact for complex technical questions and escalations, coordinating with product, tech support, and enterprise teams to ensure client success.

You will drive white-glove service, conduct technical reviews, and oversee deployment of new platforms and Excel plugins.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in client service, service desk, technical project management, or a technical setting.
Proficiency in technology within a corporate environment, including computer applications and Windows operating systems, with basic understanding of the finance industry.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
External candidates must attend at least one in-person interview at the nearest S&P Global office before an offer.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Strategic Accounts as the dedicated Technical Relationship Manager for Capital IQ Solutions initiatives and escalations.
Collaborate with Account Directors and Relationship Managers, leveraging product management, enterprise, product dev, and tech support to resolve technical issues and implement strategic initiatives.
Provide exceptional White Glove service to Strategic Accounts to support user growth and protect renewals.
Conduct regular Technical Account reviews and liaise with enterprise IT and Market Data contacts to address service gaps.
Lead deployment of new platforms and updated Excel plugin versions, coordinating with client IT and Market Data contacts for smooth adoption.
Office presence required minimum 2 days per week.
