Job summary

S&P Global Commercial is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join our global team across London, Islamabad, Hyderabad and Gurgaon. You will act as a technical advisor, delivering API/LLM-based solutions, guiding customers through integration with data delivery products, and collaborating with sales to drive complex technical deployments.

You will engage with clients directly, lead demonstrations, stay current on evolving offerings, and translate customer needs into product

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
4+ years of technical product support or technical sales experience.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Self-starter with ability to learn and keep pace with rapid changes in evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

Be a Specialist (subject matter expert) for our Web-Services/API/LLM and AI product offerings.
Provide technical assistance to sales teams and customers related to our products, services and solutions.
Lead client-facing technical sales discussions and perform technical product demonstrations.
Research and gain knowledge on our rapidly evolving product offerings.
Be the voice of the customers for product enhancements.
