Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a motivated Client Support professional for the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms in Islamabad. You will become a domain, product, and workflow expert, resolving data and application issues and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration across Revenue, Product Management, Technology, and Content teams, with opportunities to contribute to knowledge bases and product feedback.

Qualifications

• Understanding of global financial markets and company financial statements.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication across audiences.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Become a domain, product, and workflow expert, enabling deep investigation and resolution of issues related to data and application logic.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve questions and issues across all Visible Alpha products.
• Escalate product, technical, and data issues to relevant departments with sufficient information in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain articles for our internal knowledge base.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable solutions for clients.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
