Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a client support professional for Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms. You will become a domain, product, and workflow expert, resolving data and logic issues while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires coordinating with Product, Revenue, Tech, and Content teams and includes in‑office work at least two days per week. Qualifying candidates should understand global financial markets, have strong problem-solving skills, and be prepared

Qualifications

• Understanding of Global Financial Markets and financial statements.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities under pressure.
• Final interview typically requires in-person assessment at nearest S&P Global office.

Responsibilities

• Become a domain, product, and workflow expert to resolve data and logic issues.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions across Visible Alpha products.
• Escalate product, technical, and data issues with sufficient information in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain articles for our internal knowledge base.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable solutions for clients.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
