Job summary

ACE Group of Companies seeks a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and procurement across assigned entities, excluding civil projects. The role emphasizes competitive sourcing, vendor management, price negotiation, PO processing, and thorough documentation in line with company policies.

You will identify vendors, obtain quotations, verify pricing, and ensure consistency of scope. Strong MS Excel and HRMS skills, along with English/Urdu communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, commerce, or related field.
• Possession of a qualification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience, with strong vendor negotiation and sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain approved vendors for IT equipment, office supplies, maintenance, and other services.
• Obtain competitive quotations against requisitions and refresh quotations as prices change.
• Prepare comparative statements, verify pricing accuracy, and ensure consistent scope and specs.
• Manage vendor communications, negotiations, delivery follow-ups, and invoice queries.
• Document vendor evaluations, selection rationale, and annual rate benchmarking.
• Support annual cross-entity vendor-spend reporting for management and Finance.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders through HRMS, following SOPs and policies.
• Maintain complete procurement records for each entity and ensure timely processing per SLAs.
• Coordinate with requesters, Accounts, and relevant departments for timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
