Qualifications

• Graduate in related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience; 1 year in procurement preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned procurement activities in line with policies and donor requirements.
• Source and purchase materials, services, and supplies cost-effectively.
• Prepare and submit purchase-related documentation per policy and donor guidelines.
• Maintain records and documentation related to donor procurement.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors as agreed.
• Ensure delivery of products and services meeting quality standards.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP and related systems.
• Support team meetings and prepare analysis as needed.
