Job summary

ACE Properties seeks a Senior Procurement Executive to lead the purchasing department, manage P2P processes, and negotiate long-term supplier contracts. The role requires overseeing data quality, spend analysis, and supplier development while coordinating with regional centers.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes and procurement policies.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and supplier risk management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with cross-functional and international stakeholders preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support P2P process including creation and maintenance of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with global/regional Procurement Centers for master data and contracts.
• Enter and maintain procurement data in systems and databases.
• Conduct spend analysis and develop sourcing scenarios based on market trends.
• Identify and mitigate supply, financial, operational, and reputational risks.
• Assist in price forecasts and budgeting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
• Negotiate and manage long-term supplier contracts for cost and supply reliability.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers following due diligence and documentation standards.
• Maintain supplier and contract records and ensure easy access to documents.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
