• Manage the procurement to pay procedure at assigned level.
• Handle source selection, payment mechanism, contract management, and price negotiation.
• Assess supplier performance metrics and negotiate terms with suppliers.

Job description

• tSource and assess suppliers, negotiate contracts and make sure cost-saving tactics.
• tHandle purchase orders, monitor deliveries and track inventory to avoid shortages.
• tSupport line manage for the buying of products and services at top reliable price with delivery, quality and payment terms according to total cost of ownership perception.
• tSustain and maintain source of data, trends, supply channels, products/service ranges, buying patterns etc.to make sure the readiness of products and services as per needs.
• tManage the procurement to pay procedure at assigned level.
• tHandle the whole process cycle comprising source selection, payment mechanism, source identification, contract management, price negotiation etc. with the necessary permission.
• tAssess supplier performance metrics, build and negotiate appropriate conditions and terms with suppliers.
