Daraz, part of Alibaba Group, is seeking a Partnership Specialist in Pakistan to grow relationships with banks, fintechs, wallets, and payment providers. You will manage end-to-end partnerships from identifying opportunities to performance reviews, aligning campaigns with business goals.

You will analyze data to inform strategy, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver measurable impact for Daraz and its financial partners.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, banking, cards, fintech, or payments.
• Experience working with banks or financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Strong logical and structured thinking with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail on commercial terms, budgets, and reconciliation.
• Commercial mindset with win–win propositions for partners.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and extract actionable insights.
• Clear and professional communication with external partners.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage relationships with banks, fintechs, wallets and payment partners across cards, payments, digital banking, marketing and partnerships.
• Develop proposals and campaigns to acquire customers, increase transactions, and grow payment volumes.
• Secure and optimize partner funding for campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Support negotiations with budgets, offers, funding structures and performance commitments.
• Use data to inform decisions: target segments, opportunity sizing, offers, and ROI analysis.
• Track campaign performance and identify gaps to drive improvements.
• Benchmark against peers to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Support development of new payment propositions and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Payments, Commercial, Product, Finance and Operations to execute campaigns.
