• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years in account management, e-commerce operations, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals; Daraz or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/dashboards.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced team.

• Serve as primary contact for assigned sellers, guiding on listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and ads.
• Monitor KPIs (fulfillment, cancellations, GMV) and implement actions to improve performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and category teams to secure promotions and resolve issues.
• Identify market trends and seller pain points to provide insights for platform improvements.
