Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal working experience in Pakistan’s local banking, payment aggregation, merchant acquiring or fintech business development.
• Strong network with local banks, payment institutions and large merchants.
• Excellent negotiation, market analysis and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsabilités

• Local Payment Market Research & Business Layout: identify market pain points and opportunities; output targeted BD plans for Pakistani market.
• Strategic Institution Cooperation & Landing: manage partner mining, negotiations, contracts with banks and payment institutions; coordinate internal teams for docking.
• Head Chain Merchant Expansion & B-end Network Construction: expand local head chain merchants and large B-end clients in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad.
• Business Revenue Operation & Performance Management: drive revenue growth, track MDR sharing, ensure SBP-compliant operations.
• Local Industry Resource Precipitation & Brand Promotion: expand industry contacts and promote fintech business locally.
