OMA Pakistan is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead strategy, revenue growth and market expansion in Karachi. You will identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities across banks, FinTechs, PSPs, telcos and enterprise merchants.

The role requires 14–18 years of BD/Sales leadership with at least 5 years in Pakistan in a leadership post, and a strong background in Payments/FinTech with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Competenze

• 14-18 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial or Revenue leadership with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Pakistan in a leadership role.
• Must have a strong background in Payments / FinTech / Merchant Acquiring / POS / Financial Services.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise and strategic deals and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction-based business models and enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience managing senior client relationships, strategic partnerships and business development teams.
• Strong negotiation, business development, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
