Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, and NBFCs, driving collaborative initiatives and revenue growth across the organization.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with sales, marketing, product development, and legal teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while identifying new partnership opportunities in the BFSI space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in BFSI, strategic alliances or partnership development.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Experience in revenue-driven partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners to drive collaboration and mutual business success.
• Monitor partnership performance with KPIs and provide updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, legal) to execute initiatives.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities to drive revenue.
• Onboard strategic partnerships (Retail/DSA and Digital Partner).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead data management and reporting for partnership portfolio.
