Job summary

JM Technologies Ltd. - Just Markets seeks a Partnership Manager to identify, acquire and onboard new partners while expanding existing relationships across markets.

You will be the primary contact for partners, guiding them to achieve business objectives within regulatory and brand guidelines. Collaborating with marketing and events, you will develop market strategies, represent the company at industry events, and travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage partners.
• Proven track record in sales and business development with results in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services and ensuring partner compliance.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, global environment with multilingual contexts.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners and expand existing relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure partners comply with company, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to develop market development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events; travel may be required.
• Work with partners to retain business and provide strategic insights.
• Meet and exceed KPIs with a focus on growth and targets.
