Job summary

FetchSky is seeking a proactive Manager – Alliances to grow strategic merchant partnerships and drive growth across bank card discount programs and digital platforms. You will lead alliance initiatives, manage stakeholders, and identify new opportunities while delivering measurable business impact.

The role requires 4–5 years in alliances/partnerships with strong negotiation and relationship skills, and travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of alliances/partnerships, merchant acquisition, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of merchant alliances and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic merchant and partner alliances.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new merchants and brands.
• Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding and campaign activation.
• Plan bank card discount campaigns from launch through execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, partners, clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.
• Oversee redemption processes and resolve issues.
• Conduct merchant meetings and market visits to find opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and partner satisfaction.
• Prepare partnership proposals and alliance agreements.
• Ensure marketing materials placement and campaign communication.
• Support reporting, reconciliation, and performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities to expand network and value delivered.
• Lead alliance activities and deliver objectives.
