Job summary

Hakeem Fintech Limited is seeking a commercially sharp, execution-driven professional to build and scale revenue-generating digital partnerships across e-commerce platforms and mobile apps. You will own P&L, unit economics, and portfolio performance end-to-end, onboarding partners with real transaction flow and viable commercial models.

You will coordinate with Risk, Technology, Operations, and Finance to ensure sustainable revenue with strong portfolio quality and clear economics for all

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in digital partnerships, fintech, lending, payments, or marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing models, and revenue structures.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Risk, Tech, Ops, and Finance.
• Data-driven and commercially minded with ability to make tough shutdown decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, GMV, and portfolio performance of assigned digital partners.
• Onboard and activate e-commerce and app partners with live transaction volumes.
• Design and negotiate commercial models (markup, revenue share, subsidies).
• Ensure unit economics are viable before scaling any partnership.
• Track partner performance and exit or shut down non-performing partnerships.
• Maintain partner-level P&L visibility at all times.
• Coordinate with Risk, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams for execution.
