Qualifications

• Experience with secured lending / unsecured lending.
• Ability to monitor and interpret real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong awareness of fraud risk and prevention in lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated technical support for secured mortgage and real estate related processes.
• Monitor and update on laws impacting retail mortgage business at state and district levels.
• Develop state-specific innovations and process improvements.
• Oversee technical evaluation processes and maintain target TAT.
• Collaborate with legal to align technical evaluation and risk mitigation.
• Conduct spot checks and propose amendments to reduce risk and grow business.
• Support fraud detection triggers and case handling on the technical front.
• Gather market intelligence on Real Estate trends.
• Assist Ground Team with asset revaluation and distressed asset resolutions.
• Provide general support and focus on skill development and team growth.
