Job summary

Khanewal is seeking a Mid Level Human Resources professional to lead our Learning & Development initiatives in Karachi. This role requires 5–7 years of managerial experience in L&D, Training or HR, and a strong background in learning strategy, analytics, and vendor coordination.

You will develop programs, conduct TNA, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving the effectiveness of training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant managerial experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources.
• Strong Learning & Development and training management skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual learning strategy, training plan, and budget.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement effective learning interventions.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee training programs and learning initiatives.
• Secure nominations from stakeholders and ensure the right employees attend relevant programs.
• Develop and review learning content, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor learning effectiveness through analytics, MIS, and management reports.
• Manage training vendors, stakeholders, and the Learning Resource Center.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and organizational training requirements.
• Lead assigned programs and ensure their effective and timely execution.
