Job summary

QALAM in Pakistan is seeking a People Operations & Learning Specialist to manage the complete learning ecosystem, maintain training records, coordinate batches, support HR processes, manage trainers and participants, and develop scalable systems for growth.

The role favors experience with NGOs/NPOs or educational organizations, strong organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to drive improvements across learning operations and donor reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or NGO/NPO operations.
• Experience with NGOs, educational institutes, or training organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete learning ecosystem, maintain training records and batches.
• Coordinate with trainers, manage participants, and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly learning reports for management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Develop systems and processes for efficient program management.
• Coordinate with NGO partners, schools, and donors for compliance and reporting.
