Job summary

DMart in Pakistan's Punjab region is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive circle-level recruitment, manpower planning and oversee payroll coordination, attendance and compliance.

You will manage contract labour, wages, bonuses, statutory compliance and lead labour inspections, ensuring 100% adherence. The role covers hiring, transfers, promotions, payroll administration and organisation management for the circle, with emphasis on policy knowledge and government liaison.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Human Resource Management from Hire to Retire.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labour Laws, Payroll Management, Compliance Management, Performance Appraisal Management, Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Drive circle-level recruitment & manpower planning.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance etc.
• Manage contract labour, wages, bonus & statutory compliance.
• Lead labour inspections & ensure 100% compliance adherence.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions like hiring, confirmation, transfer & promotion, payroll administration and organization management for the circle.
• Handle grievances through close interaction with employees on a regular basis.
• Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and be fully well-versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
• Should also be able to deal with the government authorities effectively to ensure all statutory compliance requirements
• Must be proactive in identifying gaps and liaising with corporate as well as the circle operation team.
• Retain staff through effective employee engagement programs and the implementation of training & development programs.
