Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a Deputy Manager - HR with 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in FMCG or manufacturing to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive operational excellence, and strengthen employee relations.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, audits, and employee engagement while leveraging HRIS, ATS (Manatal), and MS Office to maintain efficient processes and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• MBA/MPA in HR or related discipline required.
• 6–8 years progressive HR Generalist/Operations experience in FMCG or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition & onboarding processes, including agency coordination, offers and onboarding/offboarding.
• Verify and ensure timely disbursement of monthly payroll, incentives, bonuses, and Final & Full settlements (FNF). Oversee statutory payments & reconciliations including EOBI, SESSI, corporate vendors, Tracker and Health Insurance.
• Formulate and enforce HR policies and SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and support audits.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, reward & recognition programs, town halls, and engagement events; liaise between management and employees.
• Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, counseling, and exit interviews to analyze turnover metrics; manage training & development initiatives and university linkage programs.
