Job summary

HR Ways in Lahore is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead recruitment, performance management, policy development and employee engagement in a fast-paced, onsite role. You will align HR practices with organizational goals and coach leaders across functions to build a positive workplace culture.

With 5+ years in senior HR roles and a Masters in HR, you will manage policies, labor law compliance, OKRs, and development programs while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and seamless integration of new hires.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational objectives.
• Serve as a strategic partner in managing employee relationships with a positive and productive approach, acting as a coach and guide.
• Collaborate with employees at all levels, especially team leads and department heads, to ensure HR interventions are empowering and solution-focused.
• Demonstrate excellent conflict management skills with a win-win approach to resolving interpersonal or organizational issues.
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems, assisting.
