The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business development or sales, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong CRM, negotiation, and networking skills to lead proposals and close contracts in a fast-paced IT

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via online platforms, expand client base, drive growth and present our product and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations and secure contracts that align with company goals and client requirements.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies, generate leads, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Meet or exceed KPIs, including revenue generation from client onboarding and service expansion.
