E‑Square HR Consultancy in Islamabad seeks a Business Development Executive to grow its client portfolio in HR and recruitment services. Drive recruitment sales, build client relationships, and expand corporate accounts.

You will identify new opportunities, conduct market research, and coordinate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with a proactive, target-driven approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or related discipline.
• Experience in business development, sales, client acquisition or HR consultancy preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms and professional networking tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients needing HR consultancy, recruitment, or staffing solutions.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Assess client hiring and HR needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentation materials for prospects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Keep a robust sales pipeline and follow up consistently to convert leads.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and HR teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Record all client interactions, sales activities and progress accurately.
