Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct prospecting, and close B2B or service-based sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to explain digital services in clear, customer‑focused language.
• Confident handling of client meetings, sales calls, demonstrations, objections, and follow‑ups.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, online research, and sales reporting.
• Organized pipeline management with consistent attention to targets and documentation.
• Professional, self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Urdu communication skills are highly useful for local clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business prospects among local companies and organizations.
• Present digital services clearly, matching solutions to customer requirements and budgets.
• Conduct client meetings, sales visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups within the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations, maintain accurate sales records, and coordinate with internal teams through the conversion process.
• Build client relationships and support retention, referrals, and repeat business.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
• Meet agreed activity, pipeline, revenue, and reporting targets.
