Job summary

IO Digital Pvt Ltd. in Lahore is seeking an Executive – Business Development to support proposals, research opportunities, and coordinate client engagements. You will collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy, Design, and Production to craft tailored solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years in BD or related fields, strong presentation and communication skills, and a solid grasp of digital marketing basics. Proactive and highly organized candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or client servicing; fresh graduates with internships are welcome.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, advertising, and media.
• Strong research, analytical, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end proposals and pitches, including research, prep, presentations, and submission of documents.
• Identify and research new business opportunities for IO Digital across target industries and market segments.
• Coordinate with prospective clients regarding meeting schedules, briefs, queries, follow ups, and documents.
• Understand client requirements and work with Creative, Media, Strategy, Design, and Production to develop solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support BD strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches with senior team members.
• Engage prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
• Coordinate preparation of meeting agendas, presentation material, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain BD documentation: proposals, credentials, case studies, and submission records.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity trackers, and BD pipelines.
• Support continuous improvement of BD processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Build understanding of agency services, capabilities, and processes while developing commercial and client management skills.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Director or Management.
