Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset to build strong ties with customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them through our banking products and services.

The role focuses on delivering approved sales plans, achieving targets, and maintaining ethical, compliant service. You will develop customer relationships, assess credit, and support portfolio growth in line with bank SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.
• 0–1 years’ experience in related field.

Responsabilités

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Achievement of sales targets in assigned areas following SOPs.
• Maintain ethical standards and ensure compliance with bank policies while performing RO duties.
• Develop and sustain customer portfolios and evaluate credit per bank guidelines.
