Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited in Lahore is seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional to drive promotion of cement, develop new business, and retain key accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building and leadership to expand market share.

You will manage government and public sector relations, coordinate B2B services from order to payment, and lead strategic pricing initiatives to improve volumes.

Qualifications

• MBA/ BBA in Marketing is required.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales promotion and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Promote cement sales and enhance market presence.
• Induct new customers aligned with key accounts.
• Engage with Government & Public Sector customers; manage B2B services from order to payment.
• Ensure conversion of major volume from credit to advance cash customers.

• To promote sales of cement and look after the company’s interest in the Market.Increase loyalty & efficiency of existing key account customers.
• Induction of new customers in line with assigned key accounts.
• Look after Government & Public Sector customers.B2B services from order sorting to payment, after-sales services, etc.
• Ensure conversion of major volume contribution from credit to advance cash customers.
• All inter & Intra departmental reporting along with effective credit management.
• Attain commercial excellence through offering relative incremental prices as opposed to general trade.
• Timely guidance and resolution of day-to-day problems.

Experience and Qualification

• BBA / MBA Marketing
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
