You will nurture strategic vision, develop marketing and sales strategies, manage business development, and strengthen relationships with key customers to deliver revenue growth. The role requires a BBA/MBA in Marketing and 8–10 years of experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBA/MBA Marketing degree required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Nurturing & implementing strategic vision of Bestway Cement's sales activities, involving ideas development, planning, analysis, evaluation, and focusing on core business and sales objectives.
• Developing effective marketing and sales strategies and transforming operations.
• Managing business development activities that necessitated creative and innovative approaches to generating new opportunities; continually focusing on the need to understand key business drivers and delivering incremental and impressive revenue growths.
• Coordinating with important and newly acquired customers, ensuring excellent relationships to the entire satisfaction of clients.
• Inculcating high-quality standards within area Sales Teams regarding customer relationship management; cascading a range of skills including negotiation, identification of client needs, establishing business benefits, focused targeting, customer analysis, and sales planning.
• Utilizing people management skills to ensure Sales Team targeted KPIs are achieved through maintaining effective communications at all levels as well as motivating, encouraging, training and explicitly acknowledging individuals’ strengths and contributions.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and market performance and trends; analyzing sales statistics to determine business growth vs potential.
• Developing marketing strategies to drive the company brands into new areas and key accounts/contacts.
• Undertaking multiple management actions, including; pricing strategies, trade incentives & offers, performance monitoring, KPI management, benchmarking, discounts sales & promotion activities.
• Maintaining dealer network and allocating targets daily as per requirements of sales.
• Maintaining and sharing Market Intelligence information on regular basis with higher management from each territory.
• Implementing advertisement and promotional campaigns in assigned territories.
• Ensuring availability & visibility of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.
