Responsibilities

Engage with customers and conduct regular feedback sessions and market research.
Align departmental goals with company objectives and create performance plans.
Schedule market visits and use CRM to track interactions and outcomes.
Implement regular performance reviews and adjust strategies accordingly.
Standardize presales activities and training to adhere to the sales process.
Use inbound/outbound marketing to generate leads and track via CRM.
Review pricing strategies and value propositions to stay competitive.
Discuss payment terms with customers that work for both parties.
