Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Relationship Officer SME to manage SME client relationships, drive loan sales, and ensure timely repayments. The role emphasizes ethical lending, market research, and growth within assigned areas in Pakistan.

You will implement sales plans, identify new markets, and maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to bank SOPs and policies. A Bachelor's degree is required, with MBA preferred and 1–2 years’ experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree from a reputable Institution; MBA preferable.
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives with SME clients.
• Conduct market assessment to identify selling possibilities and new markets.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships per SOP.
• Ensure targets are met with ethics and adherence to SOPs.
• Support collections and ensure timely loan repayments as per SOPs.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
