Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) invites applications for the role of Relationship Officer SME. The position focuses on building and sustaining relationships with SME clients and driving loan growth in assigned areas. Responsibilities include market assessment, selling bank products, and ensuring compliant operations. A Bachelor's degree is required; 1–2 years' related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution; MBA preferable.
• Preferably have at least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of the bank by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Conduct market assessment/research to identify selling possibilities and new markets/areas and review existing markets/areas for final decisions in consultation with line manager.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP of the bank.
• Achievement of sales targets/objectives in the assigned areas with ethics and SOP compliance.
• Marketing of company products and develop strategies in this regard.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution
