Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer SME to manage relationships with SME clients. You will implement sales plans, conduct market assessments, and drive loan product sales while ensuring timely repayments and adherence to SOPs.

This role is based at Minchinabad Branch in Pakistan. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 1–2 years of related field experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution or university.
• Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing micro-level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Conduct market assessment to identify selling possibilities and review markets/areas for final decisions with line manager.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers per bank SOP.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethics and SOP adherence.
• Ensure collection and timely repayment of loans by communicating with clients and following SOPs.
• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter; avoid cash handling whenever possible.
• Prepare weekly field activity planner and coordinate deviations with LM.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with customers as defined by product programs.
• Meet internal service standards and maintain a customer-centric approach.
