Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer SME to manage and grow SME client relationships by delivering financial solutions aligned with their business needs.

You will implement sales plans, conduct market assessments, and assess credit using the five Cs while ensuring timely repayments and SOP adherence. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives in SME banking.
• Conduct market assessment to identify selling possibilities and new markets/areas.
• Sell bank products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Ensure target achievement through ethical sales and SOP compliance.
• Assess customer profiles using the five Cs of credit and ensure loan repayments per SOP.
