Infosys in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced production support professional to lead L2/L3 incident resolution across enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot AWS-based deployments, refine observability, and ensure production readiness with robust RCA/CAPA processes.

The role requires hands-on Java Spring Boot and SQL expertise, strong incident management, and collaboration with development teams to implement durable fixes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Applications or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of experience in production/application support for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-based environments and related operations.
• Strong Java Spring Boot troubleshooting in production environments.
• Strong SQL skills to optimize queries and resolve data issues.
• Experience handling incidents, RCA documentation, and SLA-driven processes.
• Knowledge of authorization concepts and access issue troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Lead L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform RCA and drive CAPA for recurring issues.
• Coordinate major incident bridges and communicate status updates.
• Monitor AWS workloads, improve observability, and reduce noise.
• Support deployments with production readiness and rollback plans.
• Diagnose issues in Java Spring Boot services and optimize SQL queries.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.
