Qualifications

• Experience with database concepts including modeling, normalization and querying.
• Experience with multiple operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to programming languages and syntax.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
• Experience in production support tasks, monitoring and escalation.

Responsibilities
