Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a Manager Sales in Islamabad to lead B2B lighting product sales. You will build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and developers, generate leads, and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities.

The role requires interpreting drawings and preparing quotes, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. The position is in-person at our Islamabad location, offering fuel allowance, PKR 100,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales in lighting/related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Developers.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
• Lead and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities.
• Manage project pipeline and client engagement.
• Conduct site visits and strengthen client relationships.
